- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to "your show
time". We care very much about providing you
with the time and quality you deserve. We will
put every effort into making sure your
appointment starts and stays on time. After
all, it's all about you.
- Appointments are recommended. Time
permitting, we will make every effort to
accommodate walk-ins.
- If you need to drop out of the "lineup" on a
particular day, 48 hours notice would be
greatly appreciated. This will give us enough
time to fill that slot with another anxiously
awaiting act.
- Harlow Salon is an open floor plan, which
means that our chemicals, heat sources,
computers and products are displayed openly.
Unsupervised children may be at risk without a
supervising adult, therefore we request that
unattended children stay out of the service
area.
