Strict Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation policy.

We require a credit card to hold all appointments. This card will only be charged upon the completion of your service or in the instance of a late cancellation/reschedule, or no-show. 

We kindly request that you please cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance. 

A 48 HOUR OR LESS CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE IS A 50% CHARGE & NO SHOWS ARE A 100% CHARGE.

ALL COLOR CORRECTION REQUIRES A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT THAT WILL BE PUT TOWARD YOUR SERVICE.

The above time frames include leaving a voicemail on our phone or sending an email during non-business hours.

Appointments booked same day/within 24 hours are still subject to our cancellation policy.

*Cancellation charges are of total service cost and not applicable for future reservations.

If you are not satisfied with your service, Harlow Salon will be happy  to make adjustments within 7 days of your original service. However, if you do not notify the salon within one week you will be charged regular price to receive or change any chemical service.

Harlow Salon gift certificates cannot be used for gratuity. Not redeemable or refundable for cash.
