Shana Dyer, a native of Nashville, has always known she wanted to make people feel beautiful. She has
been licensed in Cosmetology for over 14 years and has a passion for creating confidence in her clients
from the outside in. If you LOOK good, you will FEEL good!
When she and her best friend, Eva Marie, opened Harlow, they knew they wanted it to be different than
any other salon in Nashville. Shana knew her dreams of owning a salon had come true the first day Harlow
was open for business. Pampering the client is what Shana is all about, and each day she comes to work
with a smile. She enjoys offering her clients a flexible schedule by working late nights and weekends to
ensure everyone is happy.
Shana specializes in color, cutting, makeup and upstyles. Some of her favorite creative works in the salon
are bridal parties and styling for photo and video shoots.
Shana has also won "Best Stylist" in the Nashville Scene's "Best Of" contest for two years in a row.

wine, cappuccino and hand and scalp massages. Shana and Eva knew their dream had become a

Heather
Heather Day is a native of Pleasant Shade, TN. She is currently making her home in Hermitage, Tennessee
with her dog Marla. She serves as part time hairstylist and makeup artist for Shannon Fontaine Photography
in Nashville and has been on board with Harlow Salon for almost two years.
Heather graduated from Macon County High School in 2001, Genesis Career College in 2006 and the
Tennessee State Board of Cosmetology for Instructors Jan 2008.
Heather began her journey in 2005 at Genesis Career Collage in Lebanon, TN. Shortly after enrolling she was
approached by the directors to become a junior Instructor in the program, which she proudly accepted. This
opened many doors. Also at this time a top-rated photography studio was seeking her to jump on board as a
makeup artist and hairstylist. This really brought Heather into the world of high fashion and print work. It
was a real opportunity for someone looking to get their portfolio started and gain knowledge from someone
in the field with a ton of experience.
Heather realized that she needed a little more education and studied to attain her instructor's license from
the state board of Tennessee.

artistry with a little twist. She enjoys all genres of music. To get together with a few friends and attend a

Justinn Lander (yes it has 2 N’s) an “almost Nashvillian” originally hailing from Illinois now resides in the
diverse and eclectic Historic East Nashville area.
Previously a paralegal he decided a change was in order... “hairstylists I knew seemed happy with their
careers and I wanted to be happy too!” He had always had a passion for hair and the creativity that went
with it and finally decided to pursue his dream.
Trained at Nashville’s oldest school of cosmetology he didn’t stop learning once he graduated. Justinn
continues to further his education to make sure he is current with new styles and trends and also brush up

Formerly the Wedding Specialist for an upscale spa in Virginia, her countless experience and knowledge in the
wedding and fashion industry created a passion for event upstyles and makeup. One of her favorite parts of
this industry is passing on the knowledge of everyday makeup and hair care to her clients, so they can feel
“fresh-out-of-the-salon” everyday! From multi-dimensional color to mens cuts, Carly Rae loves every aspect of
the hair industry.

The newest addition to the Harlow Salon family, Micah Harris comes to us with a passion for making people look
and feel their best. He is a Nashville native and graduated from the Paul Mitchell School with honors in Color
and Cutting. He has been a stylists for the last 5 years and continues to grow professionally in his career.
Micah loves all hair types but specializes in blondes of all tones including gold, honey, wheat and platinum.
